Laura Andrews, PhD, works to facilitate unit-wide assessment activities within Student Success & Retention Innovation.  Laura works to implement assessment efforts to improve currently offered services and support the development of new programs and initiatives.  Laura has a PhD and MA in Sociology from the University of Arizona, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin.
