MISSION
Student Success & Retention Innovation supports the success of all undergraduates at the University of Arizona. Increases retention and graduation rates through strengths-based programming, evidence-based practices, and robust assessment. Serves as a leadership in public higher education for student success and degree completion.

Reduce the obstacles to taking full advantage of the University, and create multiple route to degree completion.

Advance Educational Equity
Advocate for and offer support to first-generation students and those from low-income families and historically underserved groups.

Encourage Scholarly Leadership
Develop staff as active leaders in their fields. Plan with intention, learn from success and failure, invest in what benefits students let go of what doesn't.
